How do I start?

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of what you need: how many Twins, how much volume, how fast a turnaround. Reach out and we'll put together something that fits.
How fast will I receive my visualizations?
Most requests are delivered within 48 hours. Larger requests may take longer depending on scale.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll get a welcome email going in depth on setup, including how to get your Twin started.
How does onboarding work?
Send us details and photos of the athlete after subscribing, and your Twin is typically ready within 1-2 business days.
Who's behind Labs da Ilha?
Phil, the founder. No outsourcing or rotating team. You're working with the same person every time.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No cap on submissions. Requests are worked one at a time, in the order received.
How does the pause feature work?
Pause anytime instead of cancelling. Unused days in your current cycle are banked for when you return.
How do you handle larger or rush requests?
Just flag the scope and timeline when you send it. Rush turnaround is available on our upper tier.
What do you need from me to get started?
Clear reference photos, measurements (optional but recommended), and any relevant brand/item details.
How do I submit a request?
Directly through WhatsApp. No forms, no logins.
What if I don't love the visualization?
Send feedback and we'll revise it until it's right. There's unlimited revisions!
Are there any requests you don't support?
Nothing unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or misrepresentative. Otherwise, happy to take a look.
What if I only need one thing?
Labs da Ilha runs as a subscription, not one-off pricing. Subscribe, get it done, pause when you don't need us.
Are there any refunds?
Payments are generally non-refundable given the custom nature of the work. Reviewed case-by-case, see our Terms of Service.
